Sch=C3=

Schneiden ausgebrochen:
bei nicht drehendem Werkzeug in das Material gefahren, zu schneller Vorsch=
ub, runtergefallen, hohe Vibration...
selbst wenn nur ein Zahn besch=C3=A4digt ist, ist der Fr=C3=A4ser nicht me=
hr zu gebrauchen. Der dahinterliegende Zahn ist jetzt der doppelten Belastu=
ng ausgesetzt und verschlei=C3=9Ft schnell.
Ecken abgerundet:
normaler Verschlei=C3=9F oder Material zu hart und/oder Drehzahl zu hoch. =
Ende der Lebenszeit erreicht.
Anlauffarben:
wenn der HSS Fr=C3=A4ser gelb/braun/blau/graue Anlauffarben aufweist wurde=
der Fr=C3=A4ser =C3=BCberhitzt. Die Festigkeit des Materials ist stark ges=
chw=C3=A4cht, der Fr=C3=A4ser verschlei=C3=9Ft schnell und wird unbrauchbar=
. ( Holzbearbeitung bei zu kleinen Spanl=C3=BCcken? )
Wahl=
der Bearbeitungsparameter:
Gefundene Werte im Netz und aus Tabellen sind f=C3=BCr unsere Maschine w=
egen mangelnder Stabilit=C3=A4t meist untauglich.
Ich w=C3=BCrde von solchen Werten ersteinmal nur 30% der Geschwindigkeit n=
ehmen.
Der Feind des Fr=C3=A4sens sind Vibrationen. Wenn die Maschine rattert bru=
mmt und knirscht, dann sind entweder die Geschwindigkeiten zu hoch, oder di=
e Zustelltiefe ist zu gross.
Vibrationen k=C3=B6nnen ruckzuck den Fr=C3=A4ser besch=C3=A4digen.
Wenn am Fr=C3=A4ser auch nur eine Schneide gebrochen ist, kann man ihn weg=
werfen!
Drehzahl des Fr=C3=A4sers:
abh=C3=A4ngig vom Fr=C3=A4sermaterial, Werkst=C3=BCckmaterial und Fr=C3=A4=
serdurchmesser:
- je weicher der Werkstoff, desto schneller:
- Hartmetallfr=C3=A4ser (ca. 4x) schneller als HSS
- je kleiner der Fr=C3=A4ser, desto schneller die Drehzahl
mit unserer Maschine k=C3=B6nnen wir nur weiche Materialien fr=C3=A4sen =
=3D> immer Vollgas!
Vorschub des Fr=C3=A4sers:
abh=C3=A4ngig vom Fr=C3=A4ser und Werkstoff(=3DSchnittgeschwindigkeit) und=
Schnittiefe:
- je tiefer der Schnitt, desto langsamer
- je h=C3=A4rter das Material desto langsamer
- je mehr Z=C3=A4hne des Fr=C3=A4sers, desto schneller, denn
Vorschub wird in Schnittiefe pro Zahn gerechnet, z.B. jeder Zahn soll 0.=
05mm pro Umdrehung schneiden, ergo...
(allerdings hat das f=C3=BCr unsere Maschine aus Stabilit=C3=A4tsgr=C3=BCn=
den Grenzen)
