Man braucht das zu pr=C3=A4gende Motiv einmal als negativ und einmal als=
positiv Abdruck.
Rohdaten
Um weitere Verwirrungen auszuschlie=C3=9Fen (Ja, ich habe dadurch schon =
ein wenig POM vernichtet :smile:):
- Der negative Teil des Pr=C3=A4gestempels, also der mit den Vertiefungen=
wird in euren Dateien der sein, auf dem weniger schwarz ist :smile:&n=
bsp;(Au=C3=9Fer nat=C3=BCrlich ihr pr=C3=A4gt sehr gro=C3=9Ffl=C3=A4chig)=

- Im Negativ m=C3=BCssen die Linien, Punkte, ect. etwas breiter sein als =
im Positiv, da ja das Papier auch noch dazwischen muss und man ja Pr=C3=A4g=
en und nicht stanzen will.
- Der positive Teil hat wie oben erw=C3=A4hnt nat=C3=BCrlich dann die gr=
=C3=B6=C3=9Fere Fl=C3=A4che schwarz.

Lasern
Wenn Ihr die oben erw=C3=A4hnten POM Platten verwendet, dann habe ich au=
ch mit der d=C3=BCnneren Platte als positiv keine schlechten Erfahrungen ge=
macht, au=C3=9Fer man versucht sehr stark zu pr=C3=A4gen, dann muss man zu =
viel Material wegnehmen und das POM verzieht sich durch die w=C3=A4rme w=C3=
=A4hrend des Gravierens.
Einlegen
Am einfachsten kann man die Platten in die Pr=C3=A4gezange einlegen, wen=
n man sich zuerst eine Platte nimmt und mit einem Permanent Marker markiert=
wo vorne sein soll. Das sollte man sich =C3=BCberlegen, je nachdem von wel=
cher Seite man sp=C3=A4ter Pr=C3=A4gen m=C3=B6chte.
Dann die beidem Platten mit doppelseitigen Klebeband pr=C3=A4parieren un=
d aufeinander legen. Auf der oberen Seite die Schutzfolie des Klebebands ab=
ziehen und dann zusammen mit dem unteren Teil in die Pr=C3=A4gezange einleg=
en und einmal zusammendr=C3=BCcken. Damit h=C3=A4lt schon mal der obere Tei=
l. Danach die Zange umdrehen, die andere Schutzfolie entfernen und wieder i=
neinander legen und ein weiteres Mal zusammendr=C3=BCcken.
